Plus size individual's existence has been shamed. We are seen as negatively above the average, though recently we have become the norm.
These photos are here to broaden our perspectives of a fat person's abilities. To have others see portrayals that are usually unseen.
Physical beauty is subjective. Yet the magazine industry does not bat an eye when we tell them our community is underrepresented.
This project was made to skew the attitude of how plus size people in the media are seen.
We are graceful. We are angelic.
We are more than our bodies.

LEMME INTRODUCE MYSELF
Hi! I'm Brandalynn Nuñez Cepeda and according to my BMI , I am morbidly obese. For years I let that stop me from doing whatever I please, and absolutely not giving a damn. Today, I go to the University of South Florida as a Mass Communications major and continue to wear my fat with pride. I am the founder of this project, but with many outside sources of inspiration (one being the Adipositivity Project.) While my photography isn't award-winning, (yet), I hope it still tugs your heartstrings. Thank you for listening.
This is Miracle. She's one of the coolest creatives I know, and she happens to be the creator of the name of this project. She truly is the name she was given.
